MSc Project - A Simulation model of the locomotion controllers for the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans

The nematode C. elegans wriggles in much the same way as a snake.  To help understand how this motion is controlled, a simulation model of the relevant neurons (identified by previous studies) is being built.

A picture of the worm (it wasn’t first in the queue for looks!).

The thesis is now online..

There is a Project log, but that is mainly for my and my supervisor’s use.
